GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS 2022 CAMPING DE PORTEZ
The lessee agrees to occupy the premises personally with his family and to use it peacefully. He agrees not to make, for any reason whatsoever, any modification to the premises, to the electricity, gas and water installations existing in the rented premises and undertakes to immediately carry out, at his own expense, the repairs that may be made necessary by improper use of these facilities. No subletting is allowed. He must be able to justify to the lessor, at the latter's first request, their insurance against the risks for which they must respond in their capacity as tenants.
PRICE – CHARGES – PAYMENT
A tourist tax of €0.22 per day and per person over 18 will be charged.
For the reservation, a deposit is requested of:
- €150 for booking a mobile home for a week,
- €50 for booking a 2-day mobile home,
- €50 for booking a pitch for more than 5 days.
The reservation becomes effective after payment of the deposit, either online on the website, or by telephone on +33 2 98 48 49 85, or upon receipt of the check, addressed to Camping de Portez, rue de Portez, 29280 Locmaria-Plouzané , accompanied by this completed and signed form.
The lessee will enclose two security deposit checks with this agreement. One of 400.00 euros and one of 50€.
That of €400 will be intended to cover the lessor for any damage that the tenants could commit during the rental and for any missing items that would be noted when they leave.
That of 50€ will be intended to cover the cleaning in case the lessee does not do so.
This security deposit will be returned to the tenants on their departure.
INTERNAL RULES OF RENTAL
Arrivals are from 4:00 p.m.
Departures take place between 8 am and 10 am.
An inventory will be made before entering the premises.
USE OF PREMISES
The rental can in no way benefit third parties, except with the prior agreement of the owner.

All the facilities are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into use of the premises cannot be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the tenant.

- Obligation to respect the internal regulations of the campsite displayed inside the mobile home.
- Obligation to make the accommodation clean.
Obligation to make the accommodation clean. On his departure, the tenant agrees to return the furnished apartment as clean as he will have found it on his arrival. A check for €50 will be requested on arrival. In the event of non-compliance with the household on departure, the manager reserves the right to keep this check. Sheets, towels and household products are not provided. All furniture and equipment listed in the inventory must be returned to their place.
Only small and medium-sized dogs are allowed in the mobile homes, with their up-to-date vaccination records.
INTERRUPTION OF STAY
In the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant, the rental price remains acquired. No refund will be made except the security deposit provided that there is no damage during the exit inventory. However, in the case of a long stay, the tenant may leave the premises at any time subject to giving one month's notice.
STATE OF PLAY AND INVENTORY
The inventory and inventory of furniture and various equipment will be made at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner and the lessee. An inventory sheet will be drawn up and signed. With regard to duly noted deteriorations, they will be subject to a deduction from the deposit, the amount of which will be determined by amicable agreement between the owner and the tenant. In the event of a dispute, an estimate will be made by a professional.
The lessee is required to insure the mobile home he has rented. He must therefore check whether his main housing contract provides for the holiday extension. Otherwise, he must intervene with his insurance company and claim the extension of the guarantee, or take out a specific contract under the holiday clauses.
IN THE CASE OF A LONG STAY, AN INSURANCE CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL IN THE ACCOMMODATION
TERMS OF CANCELATION
In the event of cancellation of the contract by the lessee and whatever may occur (accident, illness, force majeure or unforeseen event) the deposit paid will be retained by the Portez campsite if the latter cannot re-let his property for the same rental period. An amicable agreement can then be reached between the owner and the tenant.
RESIDENCE IN THE PREMISES
The lessee may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period initially provided for in the contract, except with the agreement of the owner. Any maintenance after the fixed date and time entails the total confiscation of the deposit.
The owner, represented by the legal waiting tenant, expressly asks the police to evacuate the premises without further notice or authorization, at the mere sight of the dates and times stipulated on this contract with a grace period of one hour.
